This Christmas, let them receive a Christmas card that shows that a church in the rural village of Mawule, Uganda was built and furnished in their honor. Lives will be forever changed because you donated one of these special items in their honor.
Shortly after your order is placed,
Step 1: The Benjamin House team gets to work arranging for the purchase and construction of your gift. The Mawule Church plant is currently meeting in our Transitional Homes and is eager for a place of worship they can call their own! Please also know, each of these gifts will be given within the context of the Gospel. This is not just a nice gesture, but will come with the gift of truth as well.
Step 2: At some point between now and Christmas Day, our Inventory & Fulfillment team will send you a Christmas Book card for you to give to those your gift is in honor of, telling them that you have donated this item in their honor! You'll get one card for each item you purchase unless you specify otherwise in the comments box.
Step 3: When the construction of the church is finished, we'll share photos in our email newsletters and on social media that you can share with the person your gift is in honor of.

Books in general (especially Bibles) are difficult to get and more expensive than most Ugandans can afford(costing up to 2 weeks average wages). Most of the time, one copy is shared among a family or sometimes several families. We want to change that! Help us provide the source of LIFE to the families we minister to!

Step 3: Within a few months, you’ll receive a picture of your gift being used by the children who have been rescued from the streets that you can share with the person you’re giving in honor of.
Who do the purchased items go to?Part of our vision of family restoration is transitioning kids off the streets and back into their families. We will be taking them into our transitional homes for 3-6 months while we find their families, counsel them, help with drug rehabilitation, and get them back to their homes. These transitional homes have not yet been furnished and made ready to accept kids. That's where you come in. You can create this safe place to land for these kids who are currently sleeping in ditches in burlap bags. You can literally give a home for Christmas.
